YES! Starting with a flat apartment on the top floor and taking advantage of the air conditioning, we were able to end up with a spacious, warm, elegant and very cozy duplex apartment.

For which we begin by making our way with a semi-cantilevered staircase in high-gloss INOX and steps in chihuahuaco wood treated in natural-gloss varathane, to which we add a dim warm guiding light at each step of the staircase; carried out in this way, an imposing staircase was obtained that connects both levels.

Already on the second floor, after a detailed project, it was possible to integrate, combining a postmodern and minimalist style, a double social area with a grill and a living room with a spacious master bedroom, which has a comfortable dressing room, walk in closet and a cozy bathroom with mirrors. from wall to wall and a rectangular sink.

The use of large high-gloss INOX columns, floor-to-ceiling tempered glass both on the terrace and in the main room, and the windbreak; it gives us well-lit environments with the best light…natural; the rollers in black out that do not allow the passage of light gives us that comfort for rest.
